Are we alone?
This question has plagued mankind for ever since our great ancestors turned their eyes to the heavens. In this vast universe, are we the only intelligent beings? Are there other civilizations, primitive, futuristic, inhabiting planets orbiting stars so distant that the human eye can not see? Will First Contact ever come? Will they be peaceful or will they try to annhilate the human race? Will mankind ever be exploring the stars, standing side by side with a species we could only imagine ever exsisting?
This MUX has nothing to do with that.
WAKE UP! Earth has been discovered by Aliens and has been thrust into the spotlight as the coolest planet in the Universe. Alien teens have been enrolled in our schools, shopping in our malls, and devouring our fast food. High School life is never going to be the same again. Tribbles are going to date your kid sister while silicon based life forms are going to poke at the cafeteria lunch and wonder what the heck it is. Well...maybe it won't be so different after all.
PCs on Teenagers From Outer Space (TFOS) will be playing in coastal city of Pebble Beach, where aliens made first contact with Humandkind. They can choose to be one of four generalized races: Humans, Near Humans, Not Very Near Humans, and Real Weirdies. PCs will partake in strange, epic, and sometimes wild adventures that include battling Alien Control Officers, defeating Xerox Copies From Neptune, rescuing your kid brother from a mad scientist, and trying to get a date, all while finishing your homework on time so you can go out on Friday night for Weird Al's Kegger. You thought Dragons were tough? Wait 'til you meet the Principal.
Teenagers From Outer Space MUX is based off the R. Talsorian roleplaying game of the same name. It is a comedy game with roots in Anime and various Cartoon shows (Galaxy High).Pebble Beach is a fictional city with no links to the actual Pebble Beach Golf Course that attempted to sue us for using their name (Honest, true story)
