In our own words
Memories of Legend is based in the world of Robert Jordan's Wheel of Time series of novels. Set at the dawn of a new millenium, a man who called himself the Dragon has gone mad, and all but leveled Cairhien and Caemlyn in his horrific death. The kings, queens, and rulers of the land were also destroyed, creating a power-vaccuum -- an opportunity for those who have the courage to grab it, or tragic loss for those unwilling to stand up for what they cling to. It is a place where men who can wield Saidin roam freely, and the White Tower struggles to keep the forces who would tear it apart in check.
Memories of Legend is an open, friendly MUX that welcomes players of all backgrounds. Newbie or old MU* vet, familiar with WoT theme or not, we cordially invite all those who want to RP in a close, warm, tight-knit environment to stop by and see what we're about.
